Radley Collaborations – Some successful partnerships
Radley have worked with some famous names to produce some beautiful limited products.
Pashley Cycles hand-built bicycles are England’s longest established bicycle manufacturer, founded in 1926
For the Spring Summer 2010 collection Radley collaborated with Pashley using Pashley Poppy and Pashley Sonnet bicycles in their advertising. Radley made a limited line of leather panniers, a leather saddle pouch and a recycled wool picnic blanket to go with the campaign.
The Daily Mail also held a competition offering a Pashley Bicycle with the panniers, saddle pouch and blanket included, with a Grosvenor bag from the S/S 2010 collection too.
In November 2010, Radley teamed up with Penguin to mark the 75th anniversary of Penguin Classics. Radley designed box sets and leather book covers with a floral pattern. Price ranged from £49 to £149.
Also in November 2010, Radley teamed up with Winsor and Newton, the Royal warranted manufacturer of artist’s materials. Radley produced a lovely small case for Winsor and Newton’s Cotman water colour paints which retailed for £99.00
